Philip is an economist and institutional reform specialist with over two decades of experience in teaching, economic policy research, and advisory consulting. He has competencies in: corporate finance, institutional reform, organizational development, economic modeling, and monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems. He holds a Master's degree in International Business from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, Norway; a Master's degree in International Development from the International University of Japan, Japan, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Diploma in Economics from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Philip has undertaken assignments for multilateral development banks and international organizations including: The African Development Bank; the World Bank; the United Nations - particularly the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) - and other international organizations. Additionally, Philip has co-authored economic policy papers and contributed to writing reports for the African Development Bank Group and UNCTAD such as the Economic Development in Africa series. He is an adjunct lecturer at the GIMPA Business School (Accra, Ghana), instructing in Strategic Management and International Business Management.

Dozie is an attorney and economist with experience in advising clients on cross-border transactions and governance matters. He also has an expertise in the Power sector. He has advised on transactions with multilateral agencies such as the African Development Bank and the World Bank. He regularly advises local and international corporations on the regulatory impact, compliance and governance matters in sub-Saharan Africa. As a Legal and Policy Adviser at the African Center for Economic Transformation in Ghana, he advised Governments in Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Mozambique on policy and legal issues in the extractive resources sector. Dozie is a solicitor in England and Wales and a licensed attorney in the United States and Nigeria. He holds a Juris Doctor from the Northwestern University School of Law, a Masters in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Northeastern University, both in Boston Massachusetts.

Jimmy is a computer science graduate with about a decade's experience in research, advocacy and consulting. He has competencies in data analytics, project development and trade and business facilitation with specialty in agribusiness, mining and manufacturing. Additionally, he has successfully optimized operational trade corridors and simplified compliance frameworks for international corporations entering African markets. Jimmy graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi - Ghana, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2010. He is consulting lead for the EU Ghana Agribusiness - European Chamber of Commerce for the EU Delegation in Ghana. In this role, Jimmy's work is mainly to optimize trade and market access and assisting national and international corporate clients to successfully scale operations across regional borders.
